- Design Initiation:We begin with your product sample or drawing (IGS, STEP, X_T formats) or offer design services based on your specifications.
- Machine Specifications:You provide your machine model, specifications, and mold mounting hole details.
- Mold Layout Optimization:We strategically arrange cavities on the tool to maximize efficiency and output.
- Design & Approval:Our team creates a detailed mold design and submits the drawing for your review and signed confirmation.
- Precision Manufacturing:The mold is fabricated using CNC machining, followed by polishing, finishing, and assembly.
- Prototyping (Conditional):We attempt to arrange a test mold on a matching machine in China, if available.
