Our Custom Mold Manufacturing Process:
- Design Initiation:We start with your product sample or drawings (preferred formats: IGS, STEP, X_T). Our team can also provide full custom design based on your requirements.
- Machine Specification:You provide your thermoforming machine’s model, detailed specifications, and mounting hole details for perfect compatibility.
- Cavity Layout Optimization:We analyze your machine to create an optimal cavity layout, maximizing output and efficiency.
- Design & Approval:We develop detailed 3D mold designs and provide drawings for your review and formal sign-off.
- Precision Manufacturing:The approved design is executed using CNC machining, careful polishing, and professional assembly.
- Trial Molding (Conditional):We attempt to arrange a trial run on a matching machine in China, subject to availability.
