Depending on your part geometry, draft angles, and release requirements, we supply female (cavity) molds, male (core) molds, or combination sets. Our engineering team evaluates draw ratios and material distribution to recommend the best configuration, ensuring consistent wall thickness and minimal web-thinning across every cycle.

- Sample Trials:We strive to arrange a test run on a matching machine in China (subject to availability) to produce sample trays for your evaluation.
- Client Confirmation:Samples are shipped to you for final inspection and approval.
