We offer both male (core) En female (cavity) molds to suit different product geometries and forming requirements. Our vacuum forming tooling supports a wide range of plastic sheet materials, including buikspieren, PC, En PMMA, making it ideal for producing high-quality automotive light housings with precise shapes and smooth surfaces.
Our Proven Process:
- Ontwerpinvoer:We begin with your product sample, 3D file (IGS, STEP, X_T), or design from scratch per your specifications.
- Machine Specifications:You provide your machine model and details, including platen size and mounting hole patterns.
- Layout Optimization:We plan the cavity layout for optimal material usage and production efficiency based on your machine.
- Design & Approval:Our engineers create detailed mold designs for your review and formal approval before manufacturing.
- Precision Manufacturing:The mold is fabricated using CNC machining, followed by meticulous polishing, finishing, and assembly.
- Sample Trials:We strive to arrange a test run on a matching machine in China (subject to availability) to produce sample trays for your evaluation.
- Client Confirmation:Samples are shipped to you for final inspection and approval.
