- Design Finalization:We deliver detailed mold design drawings for your review and formal approval before any machining begins.
- Precision Fabrication:The approved design is executed through CNC machining, followed by professional polishing, finishing, and assembly.
- Trial Molding (Conditional):We attempt to locate a matching machine in China for a trial run. Note: This service is contingent upon finding identical equipment.
- Sample Validation:First-article samples from the trial are shipped to you for thorough inspection and confirmation.
- Secure Shipment:After your final approval, the finished mold is carefully packaged and dispatched.
