Process Workflow:
- Design Input:You provide a product sample or drawing (IGS, STEP, X_T formats), or we can design based on your requirements.
- Machine Specifications:You supply your machine model, specifications, and mold mounting hole details.
- Mold Layout:We optimize the cavity layout for your specific machine to maximize efficiency and output.
- Design & Approval:We create the detailed mold design and provide drawings for your review and signed confirmation.
- Fabrication:The mold is manufactured using CNC machining, followed by polishing, and assembly.
- Prototyping (Conditional):We attempt to find a matching machine in China for trial testing. If unavailable, this service cannot be provided.
- Sample Approval:Samples from the trial run are sent to you for inspection and final confirmation.
- Delivery:The finished mold is carefully packaged and shipped.
