Customer Drawing Review & Layout Planning
Customers provide either 2D or 3D drawings. Based on the specifications and the model of the customer’s forming machine, we carefully plan the mold layout. Our goal is to determine how many products (e.g., cups) can be formed from a single mold set. We always aim to optimize material usage and maximize production efficiency.
CNC Machining of Mold Components
The main components of the mold are processed using advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines. This ensures high precision and consistency in every part of the mold.
Assembly and Testing
After machining, the mold is assembled and thoroughly tested. For certain specialized products, we may conduct trial production on machines that are identical to those used by the customer. This helps to ensure compatibility and performance before delivery.
Packaging and Delivery
Once testing is complete, the mold is carefully packed using export-grade wooden crates to ensure safe and secure transportation.
