- Machine Specifications:Submission of your vacuum forming machine model, technical specifications, and platen mounting hole details is required for a perfect fit.
- Optimized Layout:Our engineers perform cavity layout optimization for your specific machine to maximize productivity and material usage.
- Design Approval:We create and submit detailed mold design drawings for your review and formal approval before production begins.
- Precision Manufacturing:The approved design undergoes CNC machining, professional polishing, finishing, and final assembly.
- Trial Molding (Conditional):We attempt to arrange a trial run on a matching machine in China, if one is available, to verify mold performance.
