We offer both cavity (concave) and core (convex) molds to suit different product designs and forming requirements. The molds are compatible with common plastic sheets including ABS, PC, and PP, making them versatile for various automotive interior and exterior trim applications.
Our Proven Process:

- Precision Manufacturing:The mold is fabricated using CNC machining, followed by meticulous polishing, finishing, and assembly.
- Sample Trials:We strive to arrange a test run on a matching machine in China (subject to availability) to produce sample trays for your evaluation.
- Client Confirmation:Samples are shipped to you for final inspection and approval.
